Live in the U.S.A. Have ADHD-I, SCT (Sluggish Cognitive Tempo), narcolepsy.

Biggest issue, long term downregulation and damage of neural pathways and endocrine system from prescription Adderall / Dexedrine, i.e. amphetamine based medications.
Prior meds, Strattera (Atomoxetine), Methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta). All worked well, but my disorders line up well to cause dosage escalation issues.

Have also tried Evekeo, Vyvanse, and Wellbutrin in failed efforts to deal with high amphetamine tolerance (60mg) and accumulating side effects.

Currently take (Not recommended for others as I have VERY high tolerance):
armodafinil - works synergistically with Adderall for better therapeutic effect of my 3 disorders, and allows me to reduce my Adderall dose to a fraction of what it would be without it,
Adderall - Still need some due to how it specifically works compared to others, due to long term tolerance resulting in dependence, that other meds can’t overcome completely,
strattera - for NMDA antagonism secondary effect that helps protect from Adderall damage, and other actual side effects that are positive and help counter opposite ones from Adderall,
guanfacine - combined with Mounjaro makes them therapeutic, but may only work for some people,
memantine - protects brain from excitotoxic damage from amphetamine, Primarily known as an NMDA antagonist, but protects several other pathways via the same mechanisms,
caffeine - caffeine pills.
Along with some other meds for Adderall and Mounjaro side effects specifically, and a whole bunch of supplements for various reasons.
